With a decade of experience in the tech industry, I’ve journeyed through various roles, from Product Owner to Head of Product, shaping SaaS products and strategies in diverse industries such as e-Commerce, Marketing, Human Resources, and Real-Estate.

From HR to Product

As a junior HR Professional, I quickly came in contact with innovation.
First as a customer of a custom SaaS recruitment software, which quickly led me to specify features.
Then, I made innovation the topic of my Master’s degree, by making it my thesis subject and by organizing « Innov’RH » which consisted in events about trends and innovation in the HR industry.
Finally, as a project manager for an HR-led Incubator, I got to get familiar with concepts such as MVPs, Design Thinking, Prototyping, Feedback collection, and so on.
Quickly after this, I was offered a 2nd-employee position at 365Talents, initially as a Customer Success Manager, but I gradually transitioned to Product durihng my 3+ years there.
And the rest is now history!
